Delivery
Deliveries are made by courier, and orders are delivered Monday to Friday. Orders must be placed before 2pm, to ensure next day delivery, and orders placed after 2pm, will be delivered within 2 days. If an order is placed before 2pm on a Friday, the hamper will be delivered the following Monday. If an order is placed after 2pm on a Friday, the hamper will be delivered the following Tuesday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged by telephone at an extra charge
Carriage prices cover most of the UK, and are a fixed rate of £7.40 per hamper. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands however, will be subject to delivery surcharges. Please contact us for details.
Delivery is via a signature on delivery service. Where the courier is unable
to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour or
leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
If the recipient
fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to The Heavenly Hamper
Company (London) Ltd and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original
or an alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which
have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing.
All address information must be accurate, including the postcode, and the recipient's telephone number. The Heavenly Hamper Company (London) Ltd cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.
Where deadlines for ordering are stated, The Heavenly Hamper Company (London) Ltd cannot be held responsible for late deliveries resulting from orders received after the required deadline.
